Raspberry Counter™
Since I started training with clip-in pedals, this scene has become all too familiar! Its not that I forget my feet are clipped in (that only happened once!). I simply do something stupid. Once I was just standing there talking to a friend. I had one foot on the ground, and one foot clipped in. Then, I just lost my balance and fell! I also had a close call when some whack, killer-squirrel darted across my path! See counter below for the most recent count.

1 Bought heart monitor
    2 Re-learned how to run faster by running more on balls of feet instead of heels! "Forgot" how to run correctly while recovering from knee injury.
    3 Was puking previous day. Sun/food poisoning and/or over-partying. Combination of all 3?
    4 Just decided to run 7.46 miles in Bay to Breakers on May 20th. Decided need to kick it up a notch!
    5 What happened to kicking it up a notch? Getting faster tho...
